If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a genuine error, we may contact you before accepting or dispatching the order. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes and special offers:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Cannot normally be combined unless expressly stated;

  • May be withdrawn or amended before an order is placed.

If a promotion has been used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

6. Bundles and Complimentary Gifts

Certain purchases may include bundle pricing or a complimentary gift.

To receive a full refund under our voluntary 30-day return policy, all products forming part of the returned bundle, including any complimentary gift connected to the purchase, should be returned.

If you choose to retain part of a bundle or a complimentary gift, any refund may be adjusted reasonably to reflect the items retained, provided that the relevant conditions and values were made clear when the order was placed and the adjustment is permitted by law.

This section does not limit your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect products.

7. Placing an Order

After placing the order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched, unless we expressly accept the order at an earlier stage.

8. Refusing or Cancelling an Order

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including when:

  • The delivery address is incomplete or outside our service area;

  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale;

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

9. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may include credit or debit cards, PayPal and other supported providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for delays caused solely by your bank or payment provider, but this does not affect our responsibilities regarding your order.

10. Delivery

We currently offer free standard delivery within the United Kingdom.

Orders typically arrive within 5–8 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed. Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will send tracking information by email when it becomes available.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or to another person identified by you to receive them, except where you independently arrange delivery with a carrier that we did not offer.

11. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery period, please check your tracking information and contact us at contact@jacketlondon.store.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider.

If we cannot deliver within an agreed essential timeframe, or within any additional reasonable period provided where required, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund under applicable law.

12. Returns and Refunds

Jacket London offers a voluntary 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

For most products purchased online, UK consumers also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us of cancellation, the goods must generally be returned within the following 14 days.

Products must be returned in accordance with our return instructions. Please contact us before sending a return, as the returns-processing address may differ from our correspondence address.

Our voluntary return policy does not replace or restrict your statutory rights.

13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
