Return and Refund Policy

At Jacket London, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Policy

To request a return, please contact us at contact@jacketlondon.store within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused, except as reasonably necessary to inspect it;

• In its original condition;

• Free from stains, odours, damage or alterations;

• Returned with its original tags and packaging, where possible;

• Accompanied by your order number or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us. We will provide the return instructions and the correct return address after reviewing your request. Items sent without contacting us first may experience processing delays.

Your Legal Right to Cancel

For most products purchased online, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must return the goods within the following 14 days.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.

Return Shipping Costs

For unwanted items, incorrect size selections or changes of mind, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining the postage receipt until the return has been completed.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from what you ordered, Jacket London will cover reasonable return postage costs. Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Original expedited delivery charges, where applicable, are not refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout. Our standard UK delivery is currently free.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@jacketlondon.store.

Please include:

• Your full name;

• Your order number;

• A description of the issue;

• Clear photographs showing the product and the problem.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned goods or receive acceptable evidence that they have been sent back, as applicable.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

We do not charge an administration or restocking fee for approved returns.

Where permitted by law, we may make a reasonable deduction if an item has been handled beyond what would normally be necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit, resulting in a reduction in its value.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or product, please contact us at contact@jacketlondon.store. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Where a direct exchange is unavailable, we may ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing or been dispatched.

If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with this policy and your statutory cancellation rights.

Returned Parcels

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused or not collected, we will contact you to discuss redelivery or a refund. Any reasonable redelivery or return costs may be deducted where legally permitted.
